On Friday morning, May 29, we attended the Chancellor's medal ceremony at Convocation Hall. The camera was left with Patricia, who sat at a higher level. The event was well-planned and smooth. The event concluded with the Varsity Song led by a student quartet. [Note: as I recall, we used to add "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" after line 5 (But will seek thy glory with our might).]

VIC PRINCIPAL'S DINNER

There was another mix-up with the scheduling. The U of T outline suggested that there would be tours, and Alumni Hall was not mentioned. I took pictures of the Vic Map and the sundial near Burwash Hall. Eventually, we saw a sign beside the Isabel Bader Theatre which said "PRINCIPAL'S DINNER". Since front door of the theatre was closed, we tried the back door (. . . also closed). Then Patricia noticed a sign on the west entrance to Vic! Thank goodness I was able to take a picture of the 5T4 display board and visit with a few friends in the foyer. After the dinner, I captured a photo of Patricia in the subway station.

I am hoping that the Vic photographer will add some pictures of the dinner in Alumni Hall. <;=}
